We had an awesome experience from start to finish with Texas Hot Tubs. Todd was an engaging and knowledgeable professional while assisting us with our traditional sauna purchase. He was well informed about the different sauna types and benefits. We appreciated his familiarity with the products he promotes.
On install day, we were kept well apprised about arrival times by Cody. He and Casey were awesome! They worked efficiently and with great care for our home. They were professional and friendly and did an exceptional job at placing the sauna in our desired space. They left our home cleared of all the boxes and debris and went above and beyond with ensuring we were happy with the new sauna install. Great job Cody & Casey!!

Both Greg & Gene went above & beyond to secure a timely service call for my residence. They solved an accounting issue on my end, & worked in tandem to expedite repairs needed. Greg even offered local delivery to my house, for a part he currently didn’t have in inventory. All this was accomplished with a caring, professional & calming manner.
