I have had issues with other pool companies prior and the finally found a company that cares. Collin is one of the most educated pool technician I have ever seen. Bright Water Pool Co. is absolutely fantastic. I spent all day calling pool companies in search for someone to service and maintain my above ground pool. NO ONE would come out for an above ground, I do mean NO ONE. That was my luckiest day. I finally got in touch with Brad at Bright Water, he listened to me and what I felt was a horrible situation I was in with my mean green pool and came out the very next day.
