First time pool owner and they always get right back to me with all my questions. The pool looks sparkling new after each service and the before and after pics they send are so helpful to see so you know the work you’re paying for is getting done. They’re super knowledgeable- a must hire!
I’ve been using Josh and his team for a couple of years now, and I truly wouldn’t trust my pool to anyone else. They are incredibly hands-on, professional, reliable, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of.My pool has never looked better, and it’s such a relief knowing it’s being maintained by a team that genuinely cares about the quality of their work and their customers. I can't say enough good things about this company. At our old house, we were constantly having issues with the pool. It's such a relief to not have to think about the pool or if there's going to be an issue anymore. Everything is always perfect. We get a picture and update from what the tech did every week. Invoicing is easy and all can be done from your phone if you like. In rare occasions where something has gone wrong (not their fault), Josh and his guys have fixed it quickly and over a few years, we've never needed to "re-repair" anything. Would recommend this company to anyone.
I contacted Rip Curl Pool to provide a quote for new tile and PeppleTec so I could budget for the future. Ty and Matt both arrived on a Saturday morning since my weeknights were busy and late. They quoted me much less than I was expecting so it didn't take much to convince me to proceed. They were prepared with many color samples. They completed the project in only a couple weeks with outstanding results. The crew was just as professional as the management.My son hired California Pools almost two years ago and they mostly stopped work after a year and the project left incomplete with most of the funds already paid. The work completed is less than acceptable with three color grouts and they wont return to finish or return calls to schedule. Unlike RIP Curl Pool Repair who is always available and provides a professional product in the end to show off to your friends.Don't waste your time with the company like California Pools, who wastes your time and money.If you want a project done to meet your budget and get it done professionally in a more than reasonable timeline I highly recommend using Rip Curl.
