I can’t say enough great things about All About Hot Tubs in Fresno! We recently needed service on our hot tub, and Victor was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
Victor was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. He quickly diagnosed the issue, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
What really stood out was his friendly attitude and willingness to answer all of our questions. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in doing the job right. Thanks to Victor, our hot tub is running better than ever, and the entire experience was stress-free.
If you’re looking for honest, reliable, and top-quality hot tub service, I highly recommend All About Hot Tubs and especially Victor. Exceptional service, excellent communication, and true professionalism. Five stars all the way!

John and the whole team define customer service ! They found the tub I wanted at the right price. They recommended an electrician who was top notch with no conduit showing. The delivery and setup by John and his brother is a must and made everything carefree. John has kept in contact during the year leading up to warranty expiration to make sure I was satisfied. 5 stars for sure

We love the Customer service that Victor & John & Staff provided to us from the minute we walked into All About Spas. Normally we are people that look around before making a large purchase , BUT my husband and I knew 5 minutes into our visit that we found the right place. Their knowledge and customer service has been impeccable. Today they delivered our spa and we could not be happier with the set up and knowledge they provided to us.
If you are looking for a spa, be sure and make this family business a consideration, you won’t be disappointed. ??
