From start to finish, Wildwood Pools was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our very first meeting, Stephen truly listened to what I wanted and helped bring the perfect pool design for our family to life. I never felt rushed or pressured, and every step of the process felt thoughtful and collaborative. We made a few adjustments along the way, and before we knew it, we were off and running!

Patty in the office was also wonderful throughout the entire process. She stayed in contact, kept scheduling organized, and was always such a pleasure to work with.

Our pool was completed on schedule and on budget. The only delay was the crazy rain at the beginning of the year…but honestly, if Wildwood had a weather machine, I’m convinced they would have used it to keep things moving because that’s how on top of everything they were! ??

The final walkthrough was smooth, thorough, and easy to understand. We never felt like we were left to “sink or swim” afterward because the team genuinely encouraged us to reach out with any questions.

I would absolutely recommend Wildwood Pools? to friends and family. If you’re considering building a pool, don’t hesitate to get a bid. I think you’ll be incredibly pleased with both the service and the final result!

No discredit to the construction side — Wildwood builds a beautiful pool. We really appreciate Stephen, and him and Sam were excellent to work with. However, their cleaning service has been extremely disappointing.

We’ve had several issues, including multiple service reports being sent for visits that never actually happened (with made up numbers!), leaving a stained mess all over our concrete after cleaning filters, and our newer pool turning super dirty and green even though we’re paying for weekly cleaning service.

After investing several thousand dollars into a higher-end custom pool with them, we expected far better service. We’ve expressed our concerns and given them multiple second chances. Unfortunately, we have never received any sincere apology. Instead, they repeatedly tried to cover themselves with false claims, unaware that we have security cameras all around outside verifying what really occurred each time. After expressing our frustration for the final time and requesting to cancel our service, all we received back was “Request received. Thanks” They obviously just don’t get it, nor do they seem to care.

Wildwood builds an excellent pool, but they definitely do not deserve your ongoing business for weekly cleaning. Go elsewhere to a company that cares about their work and treats their customers right.

Wildwood stands by its build. You will have many options when looking for a pool builder, but you won't see many of them warranty their build. Pool construction has many phases. In a perfect world, they go as planned. Sometimes, the stars align badly, and things go wrong. Your expectation should be that the pool builder can meet those issues head-on and correct them. That's exactly what Wildwood did for us. Each phase of a build will have its unique potential for problems. Will your pool builder stand by the work that is being done? Wildwood stood by its commitment to a lifetime structural guarantee. They fully investigated the issues we were having with our pool, and once they knew what had occurred, they rebuilt our entire pool. They didn't dodge our calls or emails. They did not say, "Sorry, that's just the risk you take when building a pool." We weren't treated like we were just a financial transaction. They also didn't close up their business to dodge us, only to re-open under a new name. These are the horror stories in the pool industry when customers need support from their builder. Do your homework. There is no such thing as perfect in construction. If something goes wrong with your project, you will want to be partnered with a company and a builder that stands by their work. Wildwood Pools stand by their work.
