G3 Pools

G3 was a great company to work with for the design and construction of our custom pool and spa. They gave a high attention to detail and to my preferences during the design process, and glady made edits and tweaks until I was satisfied. I have received many compliments on the creativity of the design for our small space. I also received a fair and honest price, which they honored over a period of time that I was forced to delay the project for personal reasons. Their subcontractors were reputable and very professional. The only constructive feedback I can give is that the construction process delayed several times, but any time I contacted the PM to move things forward immediate action was taken. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

From our very first meeting with Austin through the design phase and all the way to the completion of our stunning new pool, working with G3 was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Having built three pools over the years, I can confidently say that G3 is by far the best pool company I’ve ever worked with. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and the level of communication throughout the entire process was truly top-notch. Every question we had was answered promptly, and any issues that arose were handled quickly and professionally. The team’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was evident at every stage. If you’re considering building a pool and want an experience that combines excellence, transparency, and craftsmanship, I highly recommend reaching out to G3 for a consultation. You won’t be disappointed.

We couldn’t be happier with our new pool/patio project and highly recommend G3 Pools to anyone looking for excellent craftsmanship and top-notch service. What really stood out was their customer service — Tom and team genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with the results. Whether it was answering our many questions, helping us choose the right design, or following up after completion, they were always friendly and helpful. Thank you for transforming our backyard into a beautiful oasis!

G3 pools did a fantastic job constructing our family pool. They started the job immediately - as soon as we signed the contract, they had a crew out here digging! Anytime we had any issues during the process, like rainwater needing to be removed, they sent someone out to address and fix whatever the problem was. They involved us in all of the design and details, accompanying us to the tile store to help make careful selections on what to pick for our ledge stone, decking and water line tile. Any questions were answered and followed up immediately. Excellent communication and friendly service from everyone. Matt was specifically our project manager and he was on top of it! As for the finished product, our pool is gorgeous! A backyard oasis and my new favorite place to unwind and spend time with the family. My husband and I recently decided to forgo a date night out, ordering food to enjoy poolside instead. It was a romantic getaway at home! The kids love it too. In fact, we recently used the pool for a birthday party. Fun for the entire family, in style.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom from G3 Pools, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From our first meeting, it was clear that Tom is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about his work. He took the time to understand my vision for my backyard and provided insightful suggestions that transformed my ideas into reality. Tom's attention to detail is remarkable. He guided me through the entire pool installation process, ensuring that every aspect was executed flawlessly. His team was professional and efficient, and they maintained a clean worksite, which I greatly appreciated. What truly sets Tom apart is his commitment to customer satisfaction. He was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns, making the entire experience stress-free. The end result is a stunning pool that has become the centerpiece of my outdoor space. If you're considering a pool project, I wholeheartedly recommend Tom and G3 Pools. His expertise, dedication, and exceptional service make him the best in the business! Before and after pictures
