G3 was a great company to work with for the design and construction of our custom pool and spa. They gave a high attention to detail and to my preferences during the design process, and glady made edits and tweaks until I was satisfied. I have received many compliments on the creativity of the design for our small space. I also received a fair and honest price, which they honored over a period of time that I was forced to delay the project for personal reasons. Their subcontractors were reputable and very professional. The only constructive feedback I can give is that the construction process delayed several times, but any time I contacted the PM to move things forward immediate action was taken. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

G3 pools did a fantastic job constructing our family pool. They started the job immediately - as soon as we signed the contract, they had a crew out here digging! Anytime we had any issues during the process, like rainwater needing to be removed, they sent someone out to address and fix whatever the problem was. They involved us in all of the design and details, accompanying us to the tile store to help make careful selections on what to pick for our ledge stone, decking and water line tile. Any questions were answered and followed up immediately. Excellent communication and friendly service from everyone. Matt was specifically our project manager and he was on top of it!As for the finished product, our pool is gorgeous! A backyard oasis and my new favorite place to unwind and spend time with the family. My husband and I recently decided to forgo a date night out, ordering food to enjoy poolside instead. It was a romantic getaway at home! The kids love it too. In fact, we recently used the pool for a birthday party. Fun for the entire family, in style.
