This is the best service I have ever received; my pool is now always in excellent condition. I am very grateful for Citywide Service!
They are the best I have had the pleasure of using in many years. In retrospect it seems they want to do at least monthly service on your pool. And even though I informed them that I would expect only quarterly service they agreed. The first visit they agreed to do the pool for $159 which in this day in age is fair, the second visit went up to about $250 for a balance, brush and vacuum. Then the third it went up to $300 for basically the same thing which is absurd, afterall, we're not talking "Rocket Science" here folks!!! How can a simple clean go up nearly double in 9 months? 2 stars because of the talent of a couple of their employees, zero stars to the business and management, thinking they are something they just aren't.
I can’t believe what a gem we found in Citywide Pools! Our previous pool service charge more than twice what we’re paying Citywide and did less than half the service!! Romeo is very detail oriented snd makes sure our pool is pristine every single week!!
We just moved to Gainesville and the pool in our new home was long neglected. We used another (more expensive) company for 7 weeks (and thousands of dollars) and they were unable to get our pool clean. They said "we just can't seem to figure out what is wrong". We were close to draining it.Then, Citywide came in and made our nasty green pool crystal clear in just a couple of days (treatment then clean up). They are immediately responsive to communication, and our technician, Jesse, is so kind and knowledgeable.Bonus, they are more affordable than some others in Gainesville. I'm SO happy we switched to Citywide.
A series of unfortunate events saw me seriously neglect my in-ground pool, enough that basically its own swamp like ecosystem got going that even survived the unusual several straight days of sub-20 degree temperatures this past Florida winter.Extremely pleased with their man Jesse and the get well plan that thus far is showing a crystal clear and now swimmable pool after aggressive chemical stabilization and sanitizing. They also effectively fixed a cracked skimmer that was preventing the water level from topping off.
