The folks at Catalina Pools have rescued us from the poor workmanship of our original pool builder. The pool slide finish would never last more than a few months before bubbling off, possibly from a bad concrete mix and likely from the built up water under the slide! Catalina rebuilt our pool slide (literally demolished the old slide), applied a new finish, cleaned the pool, replaced the filters, and got us underway again. They also helped us discover the source of the water build up (again, due to poor quality by the original builder) which we are now able to do something about. Thank you Michael, Carl, and all the folks at Catalina Pools! (included before and after photos).
Right from the start we really liked Michael and Catalina Pools. When we met for the estimate, he was very thorough and explained many things about the project we were planning, as well as general pool information to help us get our pool in tiptop shape. Our project was resurfacing our pool, including new top border tile, and having our waterfall feature restored. Our project manager, Carl, was very communicative, letting us know every step along the process, and when the workers would be at our house. This was great so that we could make sure we were prepared, had our gate unlocked, and our dogs secured in the house. The project turned out beautifully! The waterfall restoration looks amazing, the tile is perfect and beautiful, and the interior of the pool is absolutely stunning. The pool was restarted and they made sure everything was working efficiently. The skimmers are stronger then I’ve ever seen them work, yet the pool pumps at the same RPM so they did some magic! We also had a new multicolor LED light installed so we can’t wait to check that out for a night swim soon. Would highly recommend Catalina Pools for the great communication, meticulous work, and a very competitive price.
Amazing experience from start to finish. Michael the owner helped me every step of the process from design, to colors, to finding the best options in my price range. They were thorough and every person who came in my backyard was professional. Enjoyed getting videos/pictures of the progress along the way. 10/10 would recommend using Catalina Pools!
We had an amazing experience with this company installing our ice bath and hot tub combo, including the electrical work and concrete pad. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly every step of the way. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed in less than a week, which exceeded our expectations. The setup looks great and works perfectly. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality installation work.
Catalina Pools did a tremendous job on our pool facelift/makoever! It needed so much love and they delivered! They had extremely fair pricing and high quality and did a ton of work in a more than reasonable amount of time! Also highly recommend their monthly maintenance!
