We had the best experience with Desert Soul! I There is a reason DSP has so many 5 star reviews. From first contact to designing with Steve, project management by Amber, and each one of their incredible subcontractors, everything was done well. The process was smooth. Every subcontractor they used had 5 star reviews when I searched based on their trucks as well- they clearly use experienced and trusted guys. I contacted Desert Soul in Feb, had our design finished and contract signed mid March, digging started April 8 and we were swimming before Memorial Day (May 22). This included the entire pool, travertine, and turf. It’s been 2 months with our new backyard and we have hosted several parties and loved using it so much. No issues so far. Very very grateful

Home run - hire them! They came in to clean up an incredibly messy, half-finished remodel that another contractor abandoned. From start to finish, comms were excellent, schedules adhered to, and their workmanship was outstanding. After 2 years of the first contractor failing, Desert Soul finished the project in weeks. Couldn't leave a stronger recommendation for this team!

From the very first design sketch to the final splash, this experience was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! A huge thank you to Steve, whose creativity and vision brought our dream pool to life. Amber kept everything running smoothly with clear, consistent weekly communications every step of the way and never missed a beat being able to answer questions and respond to emails no matter what day or time. Gary managed the project with professionalism and precision, ensuring everything stayed on track and visited the site daily. And Sean made the entire process seamless, tying everything together behind the scenes and also helping to guide the contractors each step of the way. It’s rare to find a team that delivers not just quality work, but genuine care and dedication from beginning to end. We couldn’t be happier with the result and the journey it took to get here. Thank you to the entire crew to helping our first-time pool building experience one to cherish and remember and finishing up the project over a month earlier than projected!!! Our Labradors, Latte and Mocha, are enjoying their “Sploosh” and we are now able to enjoy our BEAUTIFUL backyard as if we are indeed at a resort! Our custom designed turtles and light show are an added bonus to enhance the nightly moods. So very glad and blessed to have found such a family-owned company to work with! From start to finish, under 4 months, everyone from sales to sign off, highly highly highly recommend DSP. All communication was through email (good for paper trail) and responses were very prompt. All the workers were did a great job, even in the heat. Any issues were promptly addressed. If you want quality built pool, DSP is THE choice.
