DHT Repair came out to fix a leak on April 6. David, the tech, was a nice guy and tried to fix the leak but in removing the cabinet he broke a slat.He said that they would get a new one and replace it.It’s July 3rd and we’re still waiting.I have communicated with Trisha numerous times and she always has an excuse for why they haven’t replaced it and promises to stay in touch.She never calls to let us know what’s going on.David has done the same.I’m thinking at this point that we’re just SOL.Trish if you read this you need to know that good communication is the key to success.Anyone reading this, call someone else for hot tub repair.
Great service and great communicators. They actually had come out 11 months ago to check on my hot tub that wasn't working. They couldn't work on it because I needed an electrician to take care of a power supply line, but they did charge me a travel fee. However, when I had a problem and called them about it, they just applied that previous travel fee to their second visit. The technicians fixed my hot tub quickly and were very professional.
Parker was an outstanding repair man. He came out right away and determined the cause of the cover not opening correctly. The parts were in stock so he was able to repair the cover the next workday.I also had a small leak and Parker gave me an inexpensive option to fix it. Been having trouble with our Aria Hot Tub for 3 months. Primary issue was spa heater was intermittent. Heater circuit breaker would trip and heater would shut off. Dan, the service tech tested the breaker and found it was faulty. Also, ozonator wasn't working. He replaced both together with a fresh ozonator line and wallah, we were in business. Total repair time was less than 1 hour. I consider Dan's knowledge and work was outstanding!Bravo. Picture provided was the original double pole circuit breaker.
