When my wife and I bought our new home in Gilbert, one of the first things we wanted to do was turn the backyard into something special. We started looking for a landscape designer and met with Shawn, the owner of nuView. From our very first meeting, he really took the time to listen and understand what we wanted. We walked the backyard together and talked through a bunch of ideas.From there, Shawn showed us some 2-D renderings that helped us really visualize the new design including a pergola, tv wall, built-in grill area, in-ground trampoline, turf, and new decking including step pads. Then came the 3D renderings, and that’s when it all came to life for us. Seeing the design from every angle was amazing — it looked fabulous even before it was built!Once the design was finalized, Shawn put together a detailed estimate with clear pricing and timelines. He was incredibly easy to talk to and very transparent — which, in my opinion, makes a huge difference during a big project like this.The building process itself was very smooth! The crew was professional, respectful, and always cleaned up the site before leaving each day. Even with all the hardscaping, they managed to keep everything tidy, which we really appreciated.There were no delays at all, and the final result turned out even better than we expected. NuView Pools did an outstanding job turning our dirt backyard into a resort-like oasis! They far exceeded our expectations. We selected Nuview for our new pool, hot tub and outdoor bar & Grill area over two other choices. We made the best choice as they were awesome to work with and did a wonderful job. Joe was great to work with in designing and picking out everything and was very accommodating and had outstanding ideas. Pepe and his crew were awesome to work with as they did the work on the backyard. They worked hard all day and were very particular and cleaned up after themselves on a regular basis. Our project was completed in three months on schedule. AUSTIN was a great project manager of the overall project and was always available as needed Nu view has a very good portal which they updated regularly so we knew what was planned. The portal also made it easy to send in questions and seek information. We highly recommend Nu view to do your backyard and meet your overall pool, hot tub and other needs!!
