Been using Valley Pool Service for a little over a year now after having issues with a few other companies previously. First, we had three other companies fix our pool light and it wouldn't even last a year. Valley Pool replaced the gasket and light for less than the previous companies and it is still working!Second, they have great communication and answer questions without making you feel like you're bothering them. They send a clear estimate before they come out and email photos of the completed work.Third, fair pricing. I'm usually prepared to pay for good service and I would say VPS goes above and beyond for what they charge. I only wish I can find more companies like them for the other home services I need. I can't recommend them enough!

I tried (and fired) a few providers before finally coming across Valley Pool Service. Theo and Jose are top notch and I couldn’t be happier with their service.They are communicative, friendly, and proactive. For example, I had a small leak on my pump, which Jose quickly noticed and took care of. I also had a crack in my vacuum line and meant to replace it, but hadn’t gotten around to it yet. I came home one day after service and found Jose had already fixed it! I also get a nice email summary of the pool status each week after service is complete.This company takes pride in their work and I highly recommend them!
