Jim and team did a great job of installing and helping us maintain our pool and hot tub. With such a large project, not everything is always perfect, however, whenever there was an issue, they resolved it quickly and courteously. I would recommend them for future work and plan on eventually getting a sauna from them.

Ed was fantastic and so smart of his products. He was not pushy or anything, he was like shopping with a friend. He gave his honest opinions and helped me get into the perfect spa.
Ed was also very patient as I had my young kids to keep entertained and he kept assuring me that they were fine! I said I don’t want them to get a unit dirty or anything and he said there’s nothing here they can hurt or we can’t clean. That meant a lot to my wife and I.
