When we decided to have our in ground pool liner and heat and salt water updated last summer we went with Polynesian Pool. They are the company that has serviced this pool even before we lived here. We are happy with their service. Would recommend to those in the area!
Had a wonderful experience purchasing a salt water hot tub. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the options (not pushy at all, just helpful) delivery was smooth and seamless, the follow-ups to ensure everything is running smoothly much appreciated. Jim and team did a great job of installing and helping us maintain our pool and hot tub. With such a large project, not everything is always perfect, however, whenever there was an issue, they resolved it quickly and courteously. I would recommend them for future work and plan on eventually getting a sauna from them.
Ed was fantastic and so smart of his products. He was not pushy or anything, he was like shopping with a friend. He gave his honest opinions and helped me get into the perfect spa.Ed was also very patient as I had my young kids to keep entertained and he kept assuring me that they were fine! I said I don’t want them to get a unit dirty or anything and he said there’s nothing here they can hurt or we can’t clean. That meant a lot to my wife and I.
