I'm about 2 months late on this post. But it sat on my mind to do, as I never really write reviews and I felt compelled to do so! We were opening our pool and needed the heater on to get pool at correct temp for chemicals. No matter what we did, it would not heat. It was on a Sunday and my husband spent 20 hours already trying to figure it out. Our pool was installed in 2025 by another pool company. We were going to wait until Monday to call them to come fix it. But on a whim, I looked up other pool companies and came across Sharks Pool as they were the only ones open 24/7. I called, no one picked up. But an hour later, Alex still called back despite not leaving a voice message. I gave him brief overview of issue and handed the phone to my husband to talk in detail of what was done so far. After Alex confirmed we setup everything correctly, he asked who installed our pool. Instantly he knew exactly what the issue was. When our pool installer closed the pool at end of year, they taped the intake hose inside the heater. We took it from there and found the tape. Once off, everything kicked on as it should. Alex did call back again a couple of hours later to check in, which was extremely thoughtful. 10 minutes of his time to fix something we spent 20 hours on was incredible. We didn't get charged either and he diagnosed over the phone.

Alex was incredibly wonderful to work with and left a great first impression. For that, we decided to not go through our original installers anymore for assistance. For any issues moving forward, we will always consider Sharks. Had we not known about the tape issue, we would have paid our installers $250 minimum just for them to come out and rip tape off. We felt Alex was extremely honest, super acknowledgeable, and very down to earth. We felt he was talking to us like a friend helping a friend. We will continue to work with Sharks in the future, though we hope we don't have anymore issues!

We had a new pool liner installed and it is beautiful! Three guys came around 8 in the morning and had the old liner taken out and the new one installed before noon.They all did a fantastic job! Alex did a great job in getting it all coordinated in a timely matter! We are very happy! Very professional company!

Pump wasn’t working, which is what makes a pool blue and not green. We were in an emergent situation and Alex and his crew were there same day! They found the problem, replaced the motor and got it up and running. He had a crew of 5 with him and while the guys were repairing the pump they went the extra step and had one crew member brush the pool and they shocked it to help me get my balance back in order. I have already recommended them! I now have a pool guy I can call when I need them and not have to wait for days or weeks for someone to show up! Way to go Shark pools!!

I spoke with Alex. Genuine guy out to make sure people are happy with their pools. He services areas that even have poor cell reception so if you don't get him right away, leave a message.
