Ethan is the best pool guy around town. The people I work with on Shaffer are always great to work with as well. Thanks Zagers! Appreciate you putting up with a first time pool owner.
Excellent customer service, complimentary water tests. I've been a Zagerd customer for years, and they are top notch.Associates were professional and knowledgeable about pool chemicals. After a quick test, my associate knew exactly what I needed, where it was, and gave me instructions. Highly recommended for your pool chemical needs.Accurate customer records so they can easily pull up my pool info and know what I need, and how much.I appreciate the service and excellence.
I've done business with the other pool supply stores in Grand Rapids and Zagers is THE BEST by far! Their staff members are very knowledgeable, are always extremely helpful with answering questions and take ample time to explain things thoroughly whenever needed without rushing to move on. Their products have always worked well for me and I just can't say enough good things about them!
We had a great experience a few years ago buying parts at Zagers for a old hot tub, so when we wanted a new spa, we went there to see what was available.Alli was very helpful and knowledgeable during our visit. No pressure, just lots of friendly information along with brochures and contact info.We shopped all around Grand Rapids and no other business came close to the selection, quality, or customer interactions, so we went right back to Zagers. After a couple of visits, many questions and emails, and a wet test, we finally decided to purchase on a Saturday. The following Monday, the day the Stay Home order was announced, I was sure we would not receive our new spa for weeks, if not months. Alli called and said they were going to try whatever they could to deliver to us by the midnight deadline. Mind you, they already had full payment so it didn't matter a bit to them financially whether I was delivered or not. Our new tub was delivered at 8pm and then assembled in the dark by three of the friendliest exhausted workers. It goes without saying that we could not be happier with our purchase. Alli and the Zagers team have been so helpful through the whole process and continue to be available for questions even while shut down.Thank you Alli and Zagers for everything and we look forward to many more years of working together.
During the sale (3 years ago), I was told by my salesman that I could do the electrical required in the install. I have no electrical experience. After talking to my husband, that does, he said absolutely not. 220 could cause serious damage and that was horrible advice.3 years later, having no issues (but I did have an electrician come install since my husband was out of town) - I now have a service issue. I call Zagers and they weren't very helpful. Didn't know what warranty I had, didn't seem to even care that much. Gave me a different number. I call that number and they said they aren't even associated with Zagers. They can't get me an appointment for 4 weeks. I have no heat to my tub right now.At point of sale, I was impressed and happy with being told that Zagers has a service team. I would not buy here again, you might as well buy at Costco or some big box chain. I am having a local service company come out, and they will be working me into their schedule in the next few days. He was very nice, walked me through what my tub is doing and their service call - thank you Hotwater Dr.!!! Real local service!
