Jana Beal is the worst person to deal with. I signed my water loving daughter up for swim lessons and the instructor she had did nothing with her to even attempt to teach her to swim because she couldn’t touch the bottom of the pool. After the Third day it had become apparent she was not getting turns like everyone else. She was being skipped. I reached out to Jana Beal and was told “oh well she’s already been to three classes there’s nothing I can do” I show up to the last day of swim classes and she moved my daughter to a class I did NOT sign up for. The introduction class.. she does not need to be introduced to water as she knows how to jump into the pool, and even go under water. She needed to learn to swim.. she the. Proceeds to tell me that these swim classes are cheaper than any where else. Basically saying she didn’t care and wasn’t gonna do anything about it. Worst swim lesson company I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would.

Their life guard training is top notch!! We always send our lifeugards there to be trained!!!
