From design to delivery, I would recommend the folks at Vue Custom Pools for anyone who wants to turn their backyard into a resort. Lea and George are constantly learning and implementing the latest developments in pool construction and maintenance. Lea and Jeannie delivered a beautiful design that worked perfectly in our fairly limited space. They were open to our thoughts and ideas, and worked hard to personalize the design to what would work for our family. Nathan led the construction process with an open, communicative, collaborative approach, and between he and Lea we knew what was happening every step of the way. They are committed to building a pool that will last, and they helped us understand how they would make that happen. As with any major construction project, things can go wrong. What distinguishes Vue from others is that when we had a lemon, they turned it into lemonade. When they discovered a problem, they met with us, walked us through the options, and promised that they would make it not only right, but even better. And they did all of that and more. I would tell anyone they could trust their project to this hardworking, detail oriented team. The process is not fast, nor inexpensive. But it was worth every minute and every penny.

Vue Custom Pools designed a beautiful pool and spa. Unfortunately, we have had issue after issue with the pool and spa and no one responds to our emails, etc. They have the worst communication of any business I have ever encountered. I hope once George or Lea see my review they will contact me regarding my spa issues!
I have worked with Lea of Vue Custom Construction on many projects over the years. They create gorgeous pool environments and are extremely attentive to detail and proper construction. The pools they install are beautiful, durable and will stand the test of time. I would highly recommend them to any customer wanting a quality shotcrete pool.
