Jimena was awesome and the team fixed my pool quickly within 48 hours. She was honest about what I needed now and what I could wait on for future repair. They also set up my app for better use which is an added bonus.It's been a challenge find a company that will be available quickly but they were on it.
After purchasing our home we quickly realized the previous owners loved band aids and literally did what they needed to make the filter and pump system function for a short time. After just1 month of moving in the system failed. We saw some positive reviews from Excellent Pools and decided to give them a call. Jimena and her team came out and assessed the situation very knowledgeably and gave us a quote to do all the repairs. Well, we ended up doing was replacing the entire system and for them to install a Jandy automation system as well. Let me tell you not only are they knowledgable but their customer service and communication just can’t be beat. If you ever have the opportunity to work with these folks, I would Refer them to anyone. I wish I could give more than five stars because they truly are people you want to support.
The owner personally came out and inspected my system, he was able to explain how my pool system worked because I didn’t know how it did, since I just bought the house. He was super knowledgeable and helped me find the best solution to fix my water leaking issue.
Amazing service! Came out same day to help clear our clogged pipe. They found the pipe causing the problems, pumped with Co2 to clear and filter and vacuum running again! Great communication and professionalism, very friendly and explained everything to us! Thank you so much for your help! We will definitely use them again in the future!
After getting a water bill from LVVWD that was 10 times my normal amount, I figured out that my pool had a huge leak, but I was unable to figure out where. I spent several hours looking at reviews on Google on who to call and I decided to call Jorge. Not only was he very responsive, but he got out to my house amazingly fast and was able to find a leak in my return line under the concrete. He quoted me a price which I found very reasonable and got to work right away. The way he did the repair was truly amazing. Rather then jack hammer a lot of the slab he made a square cut into it and was able to install a new piece of the return line and fix the leak. He then filled the square hole with concrete with the same texture as the rest of it, dried and then painted it and matched exactly. You could never tell there was any work done. His craftmanship and attention to detail really impressed me, besides the reasonable price and always keeping in contact with me as the repair progressed. Being a small business owner myself in Las Vegas I know how important it is to do outstanding work and Jorge was outstanding. I also had him replace some of the valves as they were old and worn out.
