We seriously couldn’t be happier with Triton Pools. We talked to a few different pool companies before making our decision, and they were by far the most honest and straightforward people we met. They never tried to upsell us or make promises they couldn’t keep.One of the biggest reasons we chose them was because they worked with our budget, and they actually stuck to it. They finished our pool in just 8 weeks, which honestly surprised us because we were expecting it to take a lot longer.The whole process was smooth, communication was great, and anytime we had questions they always got back to us. It’s hard to find contractors you can really trust these days, but Triton Pools definitely earned ours. We would recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool. Thanks again for making our backyard turn out better then we imagined!
We hired Triton pools in 2021 for a new build. The company was jointly ran by Omar and Brett. It’s my understanding that while Brett is no longer part of Triton pools, I think it’s important for people to see what you could experience in the long term after construction is complete.Since the beginning of our project, we had nothing but issues with the quality of construction, both in materials and subcontractors. While some issues have been resolved to our satisfaction, the most recent issue cannot be ignored.Shortly after the pool was complete, we noticed a white substance forming on the concrete. We brought in a professional concrete company to diagnose the issue and the resulting issue was efflorescence, likely due to using mobile mix concrete. This was causing the cool decking product to lift up off the concrete in chunks. Triton pools did send crews to try and remedy the issue, it was never resolved.Fast forward to early this year after the cool decking once again started peeling, and parts of the concrete crumbling, we hired a concrete company to re-pour the entire pool decking at a cost of over 7k. I reached out to Triton and spoke with Christie. They agreed to have landscapers come out and assist reinstall the turf that needed to be removed to accommodate the concrete forms. They declined to assist with the cost of the new concrete.After the new concrete was poured, we discovered that the installers accidentally hit a suction side pool line that was not properly below grade. Pool lines should be 12-18” below grade and as you can see from the attached photos, ours were installed at barely 6 1/2”. There was no way for the concrete installers to know where the pipes were ran, so it’s hard to fault them.We love our pool, we love the design, just be cautious.We will be hiring legal representation. I’ll update this review pending the outcome.
The team at Triton pools is amazing. Christy helped me every step of the way. She consistently kept me informed of the next steps and I truely appreciated wonderful communication. They also worked closely with our landscaper so that everything was done in the most efficient and cost effective way. Our pool turned out better than I could ever imagine and it was done fast. The whole experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend this fantastic company to anyone looking to get a pool installed. Thank you!!
Triton Pools built our pool with spa and did all the landscaping in our backyard. We are very happy with the way everything turned out.From start to finish, they were responsive and easy to work with. It was also great to have one company that could handle everything from the pool to the landscaping rather than having to deal with multiple contractors.There will always be add-ons and changes and tweaks, and they were very accommodative to make sure everything was completed just as we wanted. And they are very nice people!Would definitely recommend!
