UPDATE……This review is an update to an original from 2 years ago…The service out of the Hilton Head office is terrible, it has severely decreased over the past year…this is service not pool construction. I have had a repeated problem with a chiller on our pool, due to lack of staff, the service technician comes from Charleston to service Bluffton. He did a good job replacing some boards and a capacitor on the compressor, why a yearly service contract on pool maintenance did not pick that up I do not know, trying to reach someone other then voice mail is exceptionally difficult. And to cap it off a 30% increase in yearly maintenance bill…what happened to this company? How did performance and customer satisfaction degrade so quickly?Our weekly pool service technician is Tavian Hayward. His service is efficient, complete and always leaves the pool area in excellent shape. HE is responsive to questions or requests and represents Aqua Blue well.I can’t speak to a live person when I call the main office, but Tavian is alway available to help solve any issue.
Aqua Blue staff is extremely experienced and truly helpful! Paul L., and Cody H. have overseen the entire build and have kept me informed throughout the process! Very Professional! They have a great team… from pool installation to hardscape! Thanks to their team and Junior, Chris, Michael and Jackie! I highly recommend them!
From day one, Aqua Blue Pools have been champions. Ira got us all designed and installed, Chris did our pool turn-over, and Marcus does our maintenance. It's great to turn over things to professionals and watch the magic! Marcus comes in every week, and treats our pool as if it is his. He is courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
We want to call out Aqua Blue Pools for their work they did this week to restore our Pool’s finish and condition! We have used Aqua Blue for the past 8 years to service our Pool but had to refinish the surface. Colton and Josh showed up consistently and on time to jack hammer away the old finish to prepare for the new finish. These two (2) guys worked tirelessly to get this job done! We can’t thank them enough for being here early, staying late and doing such tedious and meticulous work! Their Supervisor, John, was also on site each day explaining the process. These guys even came on the day of the big storm Monday! We highly recommend Aqua Blue Pools for their great staff, quality and effort!
Have had a great service experience with Aqua Blue. Chris is very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. Mike is incredibly helpful and goes the extra mile. They both worked with me on an issue on a weekend following up and coming by. Great job.
