Blue haven pools, was a mixed experience. The pool came out great, Mike and Seth were great to deal with. Their communication and quick to answer our questions and fixing things that were broken. Their subcontractors were very disrespectful of my property and my neighbors property. There is concrete all over my fence and my screened in porch, they didn’t cover them. The excavation was bad, it was very muddy due to rain and they tore up our yard even breaking our main water line and then telling me they were not responsible and made me buy the parts to fix it. I was very frustrated about that and if I didn’t go and buy the parts my wife and I would have had no water. My suggestion is hold these subs responsible for the mistakes, you’ll find that they will be more careful when working. It took just over 9 weeks to complete, due to weather and finances it took a bit longer. Overall we are happy with the completion and again, Mike, Seth and Krista were great to deal with. Open up a landscaping area of the company, I would be happy to run. I had to completely redo my yard with 10 yards of dirt and grading. We are happy the pool is complete. Can’t wait to swim in it next season.**update**The pool still has not passed inspection, because they did not ground our pool and keep sending me texts as I’m supposed to do their job. We all know why they won’t come tho, because they were already paid.**UPDATE**The Pool has still not passed inspection, due to the same reason as the last update. It’s now the end of June. 8 months later.
Blue Haven Pools is a wonderful company to work with. We had our pool renovated with new plaster. Travis was with us every step of the way. He was very responsive and knowledgable with every question and was on sight every day. Our pool was completed before the completion date which is unheard of. I would highly recommend Blue Haven Pools.
We are so happy with Blue Haven Pools. Our designer, Chris Miller, was great at getting all the features we wanted in a great design for our yard. Mike M, Build super, was great keeping everything on track and communicating each step of the way. Any concerns were immediately answered or taken care of. Each of the sub crews were timely, hard working and friendly. The whole project was completed faster then anticipated. We would highly recommend Blue Haven Pools and our team!!!!
We couldn't be happier with our new pool by Blue Have Pools & Spas. We have a small back yard, but the addition of this lovely pool makes it feel like a resort. From start to finish the Blue Haven team were professional, responsive to any questions or concerns and maintained good communication. Chris Miller handled the estimate and contract flawlessly. Once that was finalized, Seth Stamper took over. He told us construction would take two months, and he was spot on! He was a pleasure to work with and always returned texts or phone calls as soon as he could. Krista Williams was instrumental in helping us with material selection. We're also very happy with the subcontractors. They are truly skilled! We have friends building a pool with another company and didn't have any of the problems they have encountered. If you're looking for a quality pool builder we can't recommend Blue Haven enough!!
We are one of the first pool projects for Blue Haven on Hilton Head Island. We certainly did our research before making our selection for who to partner with for our outdoor project. We definitely made the right choice and we are very pleased as we just finished. Chris Miller was the sales consultant who helped us design the perfect outdoor space. Seth Stamper was project managing our project from start to finish. The professionalism with all involved from Blue Haven was outstanding. They took the time to help us create the space we envisioned. Seth was actively making sure things went smoothly each step of the way. He made sure the schedule was adhered to and things were done to our satisfaction. When they advertise you could have a pool in 70 days, they mean it! You really can. We know that a project of this size requires collaboration. If you're looking for a company who truly focuses on making the customer happy and providing a top quality product for a fair price, look no further than Blue Haven.
