Clearwater has been a great service partner to us since purchasing our home 3 yrs ago. They completely updated the pool and deck while we were absent owners and now provide weekly maintenance. They are responsive to issues and got an old pump changed out quickly when it started to fail. Their staff is responsive and friendly. Shout outs to Jeff, Teekah, and Kat!
I originally started with Clearwater but switched over to my pool builders claim of “white-glove service” and so much more. That turned out to be smoke and mirrors. Not only did they fail to deliver after a ton of back and forth (wrong part delivered, charging me when they shouldn't have), but I later discovered they weren’t even a certified Jandy servicing company. Sure, they could warranty parts, but then they wanted to charge me $200 per visit diagnostic fees whenever something happened ...extremely frustrating.I went back to Clearwater and explained what happened. Since they are a certified Jandy servicing company, they’ve handled everything the right way with no surprise charges. Recently, I had an issue with a nearly brand-new filter seam leak, and Clearwater took care of it completely.If you own a pool in Hilton Head, this is the company you want. They’re always prompt, their service is exceptional, and the whole team—Pete, Leo, Kat, and Cody—are fantastic to work with. I’m looking forward to many more years of worry-free pool ownership thanks to them. Don’t make the mistake I did—skip the gimmicks from other companies and go straight to Clearwater!
Pete,Thanks for the service from Omar in installing my Hayward pump. Also, thank you for installing the ball-cock in my back-wash line.As you know the old chlorinator line which has been abandoned required some additional ad hoc attention.I will have to get someone to come and straighten out the pc (see photo) so I am searching for the right service people
As a Realtor on Hilton Head, I am aware there are many great pool companies and I have a running list for my customers and clients should they inquire. I do, however, have to give a shout out today to Clearwater Pool service. I am representing Purchasers that had a ten day inspection for the dream home and because of the unexpected snow, received in the Lowcountry, Clearwater had only one day to inspect the pool and write a report. Typically inspectors have a minimum of 24 hour turn around for the report. Step, Kat, Nate and the entire team stepped up to the challenge and had the report in our inbox within five hours of inspection. Thank you for your exceptional service, Clearwater Pools!
