We just found Clarity Pools after searching for months. The pool had been overlooked for months if not years after hearing a pool service tell us that we would have to “drain” the entire pool to change the filter, we had enough. One excuse after another as to why the pool couldn’t be clear and yet we were still being charged for service. All we wanted was to be able to use the pool.I literally checked the internet and found Clarity Pools. They had good reviews, and I think I was tempted by the photos that he showed of before, and after in the Pools that he had done. And honestly the before looked just like our Pool.Curt Came out, assessed the pool and the old filter and a couple of days later the new pool filter was in. And the only reason it took a couple of days is because it was the weekend. But he showed up on time and within less than two hours we had a new filter, new plumbing. What was really amazing to me and actually most important was there was no excuses, no missed appointments, he kept in contact with me and then after he put the filter in, he asked for photos of the pool near daily, and wanted to know how it was working.It’s also a family run business, which I really like. His sons are super respectful, knowledgeable, and Get the job done.Within two service visits after changing the filter, we were able to swim in the pool for the first time in over a year. I’m attaching photos of before and after. The pool is really old and has a lot of structural issues, but you can tell from the photos that the water itself is so much clearer.Overall, I highly recommend Clarity PoolsService. After the first site visit, all I kept thinking was it was like a breath of fresh air. Honestly, no drama, no Excuses as to why it couldn’t be done. Curt knows what he is talking about.If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. The first photo is how the whole pool looked for months. The last photo is today and they’ve serviced it for a week. So one week with the new filter and two service appointments. So so happy!
