Being a Pool cleaner in Hawaii is big business. I have done my own Pool and I have also hired My pool out to cleaners. I think that Cameron has spread himself too thin! He is a great Pool cleaner, but his workers say they do things that they do not. Most days they come to my pool and they are here for 10 minutes. When I get the email, it says that they backwashed skimmed brushed the pool. Pool checked all of the lights, checked all of the motors and they cannot have done that in 10 minutes of being here. The light on my pool has not worked for two years. Not once did he tell me that the Pool light doesn’t work. The other side of his business is that he charges premium prices! I’m not a fan of his work and his turnover of workers is high. My pool gets a lot of use and he could not keep my pool clear because his workers don’t do what they say they’re gonna do! His solution to my problem was to drop me as a client. Definitely not a fan my neighbor and I have both canceled his services and gone with somebody else.
I had a problem with a newly installed pool sanitizer and could not reach my local pool company because it was after hours. I live in the Midwest. So I called Your Pool Hawaii because they were open due to the time difference. I was so lucky to get Kameron on the phone. Even though I was not his regular customer, he patiently and kindly walked me through what to do to safely deal with the situation. This demonstrates his amazing dedication to customer service and his in depth knowledge of pool systems. If I lived in Hawaii, I would definitely be a regular customer of Your Pool Hawaii.
I contacted Pentair for a warranty item because my high power wireless antenna was not working.The parts were ordered, and Kameron scheduled an appointment to do the installation of the replacement parts.He arrived promptly on time, replace the faulty equipment and had a great attitude!I would Highly recommend him as someone who is very knowledgeable, friendly, and gets the job done! I would not hesitate to call him for any future repairs.
