Sebastian came to our home, explained the project clearly, and gave us an estimate. We had several quotes from other pool companies, and we chose this one because the pricing was fair and competitive, the design options were strong, and we had heard very good things from friends. The design, drawings, and city permit steps took a little time, but everything moved forward in a professional way. Once approvals were complete, the crew started demolition of the patio deck and excavation right away. Our pool is an L-shape with a spa, therapy jets, blower system, LED color lights, saltwater chlorinator, and a travertine deck, and the finished result looks amazing. Ernest supervised the first phase and paid close attention to the details. Raymond handled the next stage and was very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to work with. He listened to our questions, kept us informed, and made sure each step of the pool construction process stayed on track. The office team was also excellent with communication. Every time we called with a question about scheduling, inspections, plaster care, or startup service, we got a helpful response and quick follow-up. The field crew was skilled and careful throughout the project. They protected areas around the work zone, kept the job site clean at the end of each day, and always placed the safety barrier properly before leaving. The coping and tile work were especially impressive, with clean lines and high-quality craftsmanship. Even with a narrow backyard entrance, they brought equipment and materials in and out carefully without damaging the property. The full pool build moved fast, and before long our family was already enjoying the water during the hot Hurst weather. The city inspections were completed successfully, and the final steps were handled in an organized way. We also appreciated the startup pool service that was included. They explained when to add salt to protect the new plaster, brought the startup chemicals and supplies, and even included a pool pole, brush, and net as a nice courtesy. This was a big backyard project, and naturally we expected some stress, but the entire experience turned out positive. The team stayed attentive, communicative, and professional from start to finish.
