We had Signature Pools replaster and replace old pool equipment. We worked with Chris. I can’t say enough great things about Chris. Here are just a few of his attributes personable, enthusiastic, meticulous, trustworthy, professional, honest, prompt, and great communication skills. He would text us if he was going to be late immediately. I like how he valued our time. I could text him at 8:00 at night and he would return the text. ( I was thinking I would hear from him in the morning. Not sure when he slept. ??) His team was prompt and took care of business. They cleaned up each day before they left. The office was quick to return e-mails if needed. The entire experience was very positive. I feel like you can’t go wrong if you choose this company. One last comment their pricing is very reasonable.
Signature pools (Chris) constructed us a fantastic pool. They worked with us on meeting our pool budget without compromising on the size and features we wanted. When the tile we wanted was no longer available locally Chris found a source in Florida and had it shipped to us at no additional cost. The crew were timely and neat. The equipment is top notch and warranted for 3 years. We have a beautiful pool. Chris and his team (Family) follow up with us to make sure everything is working. They went above and beyond the three other pool companies we spoke with. This is our third pool and I wish we had Signature do the previous 2.
What a GREAT Pool Company. My name is Bob Dupuis of Dupuis Stones, StoneS & BeYond and a National Rep. for Faber CNK Stone ( Travertine Supplier). My Sister & her Husband were doing a renovation of their pool in North Dallas and she introduced me to Chris Segura of Signature Pools. From the first conversation with Him , we had a good repour. I set up all the sandblasted Marble ( Diana Royale Pavers & Pool copings) for Chris(Signature Pools)to install. All renovation went smoothly as planned, even with my sister & husband out of town. I later contracted Signature Pools (Chris Segura) for a project in College Station, Tx. It was a large renovation of the Pool, pool deck, waterline tile & service the existing pumps & lights. Again all went "Super-Well" and crews were fantastic in their craftsmanship of Labor. The Owners were so please they have us at a later date to do (4) Pool Renovations in Lubbick, Tx. Right now we are working on a pool project renovation in Austin, Tx. of a friend of mine . I know he and I will be pleased on the outcome afterwards. Great suggestion of knowledge on pool proposals & presentations,too. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICS
We vetted several (4) companies to refinish our 20,000 gallon pool. Signature beat them all in every way-responsiveness, flexibility, communication, work, punctuality, follow through, etc. Not even close. They did exactly what we desired, even using tile we provided for the border and made it work without question. Built a beautiful waterfall feature in place of the useless diving board and got the pool back to as beautiful as when it was when new. The pool was most likely put in during the 1980's and, while cared for and maintained, had become weathered and worn. Signature pools brought it back to life in just a few days. As i recall, from the start to finish was not even four days. Do yourself a favor and call these guys. You can tell they truly care, and they are very good at what they do. With the new finish in place we are able to be in the pool almost 8 weeks longer each summer-from early May to late September!
