The Team at Texas Hot Tub were tremendous during the initial visit , the second visit to pick the right sauna and finally delivery and set up in our home. There are many options today where one can purchase a sauna , directly or thru online web services. Often these online options have prices that are enticing. Dealing with a supplier face to face rings much more value than any online service or option . Phillip was great to work with when initially looking at tubs. Delivery guys were very professional and handled getting the tub in my backyard in a challenging situation. Both Phillip and Albert at the Lewisville location have been helpful with questions I've had since getting my tub installed. Jason (J.T.) was incredibly helpful in assisting me with an error message I was getting early on and getting the salt system up and running.
We called Texas Hot Tub after moving into a home with an existing Hot Springs Grandee hot tub. It was 9 years old and in need of some repairs. J.T showed up on time and explained every step of the process, from what was needed to extend its life to the steps we can take to properly maintain it. He answered all of our questions and by the time the repairs were complete and it was refilled it looked good as new and performed like it too. We’re pleased to have a like-new hot tub and appreciate J.T’s thorough work and expertise!

I had an issue with a pump on my E500 Swim Spa. Darin came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and then returned a few weeks later to install the new pump motor. With both visits, Darin was very respectful and so patient with clear answers as I asked endless questions! He set expectations appropriately on the repair timeframe as well. The home office folks did a fine job also - quickly adding me to the schedule and keeping me informed about the part status and Darin's arrival time.
