I talked with a number of pool companies about resurfacing my pool. Steve was by far the most experienced and knowledgeable of the representatives that I met with. During the resurfacing process everyone from Frank’s Pool Service’s were professional, friendly and would clean the work area after each days work. I could not have wished for a more issue free process and completed beautiful pool resurfacing, tile replacement and repair of the planter attached to the pool. I think my pool looks better than when it was new.
I recently hired Frank's Pool Services to resurface my 30 year old pool, and convert it salt water! Steve came out and we talked about making a few changes to my deck as well and gave me a very reasonable quote for the job! The entire team at Frank's Pools from the office ladies to Korey the best tech ever were so helpful! I had a couple of minor issues and Korey came a few times and addressed them all, he is great, very knowledgeable and professional I am a first time pool owner and had alot of questions Korey answered them all ! James did a great job of replacing our old sauna/pool heater with a new one. He kept me updated regularly while we waited for the heater to come in from the supplier, then he installed it the same day it arrived. I couldn’t believe how quickly he had it installed and working. I give them five stars, even though I thought the price was a little steep, but I’m happy to support a local business.
I’ve used Frank’s pool/spa service for the past 7-8 years and have found them to be excellent in terms of staff (those in the office and the repair people that come to the house), prompt responses, professionalism and knowledge of how to get the job done right. RJ was our service technician today and replaced a main pump running our spa’s waterfall. He was on time, called before he arrived, was courteous, and exhibited great expertise in the various issues he needed to fix. And he was just generally nice to talk to on a variety of subjects. I highly recommend Frank’s Pool Service, they do great work at reasonable prices.

His direct interaction on the project from start to finish. No middleman to go through. He was the sole project manager.
