When you call them with a problem, they diagnose thoroughly prior to making a decision. I absolutely ?? as a new pool owner would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend this small family business. They are hard working honest people. They are experts in pool construction, spa, and cleaning pools and their chemicals.Initially there were brief lapses in communication when workers were supposed to show up for pool project. There were only last minute notification. No advance notifications. Either at last minute or not at all. This is a small family business that has a contract with me for cosmetic items for over $6800 and word of mouth and handshake with all parties concerned:After all was worked out I highly recommend this company. Paradise Pool Services is great! Their prices are reasonable and they do high quality work. We had an issue with poor workmanship from another company. Ama and Brian and their team were able to fix the issue without having to drain the pool or re-doing the marcite. After that, we’ve kept them on for weekly maintenance and are very satisfied with the company. Our tech, Alex, is hard working, polite, pleasant, and professional, takes the time to answer any questions we may have, and is an all around great guy. Ama and her team did an awesome job on my pool. I had copper stains throughout the pool from my gas heater. Ama developed a treatment plan and the outcome was absolutely amazing.The entire team was very professional, and knowledgeable on the entire process.
