Very knowledgeable about what to do when there is an issue. Have purchased many items including filter and heater and they are very good about backing up what they sell.
We recently went in for a water test being our (above ground) pool was very cloudy & levels were off. We had been trying several products ourselves which nothing helped.Staff tested our sample & Jan told us our PH level was extremely low. We purchased product to resolve this & were told to stop back in for another test if needed. Went back in 2wks later, tested water sample (ph level was great!) but showed we needed to add extra chlorine—easy fix. Jan gave us some new helpful ideas moving forward. She & her staff were very helpful in getting our pool crystal clear in a short period! Highly recommend!
Paid close to $2,000 for their high end pool vacuum. It has been problematic since I purchased it. The first time I brought it in for service, they said they was nothing they could do and I had to talk to Dolphin. They are a “certified” Dolphin dealer. Dolphin was no help at all, a support rep I could barely understand and zero resolution.It has now completely stopped working and they are telling me that they ALWAYS tell their customers not to store the power pack outdoors. They aren’t weatherproof.They never told me that. Why would you sell a pool vacuum that has to stay by a pool all summer and not make it waterproof? It’s $2,000! They wanted to charge me another $400 for something that hasn’t been fully functional since the second month I owned it.If I’d have known that I’d have to bring this thing inside every time I use it, then that would have been a deal breaker from the beginning. It’s designed to operate off an app on your phone. So, the vacuum has to be in the pool and the power pack and cord close enough to reach.Terrible product, terrible design, terrible dealer, and an absolute waste of money.
Have used Kalamazoo Pool for decades so was a natural choice to use them for a pool update. Between extending the pool deck in a way that elevated the look, to adding a pool house, new fencing and a water feature, they transformed that area to our beautiful summer vacation spot! Easy to work with and if Mike can’t figure out a way to accomplish your vision, then it can’t be done! Five stars AND two thumbs up!
Stopped in this week to buy some pool chemicals. We haven’t been able to get the pool clear this year since we have no idea what we are doing! They told me to bring in a sample before I buy anything so I’m not spending unneeded money before we identify the problem. Took the water sample in, and they gave me some great direction on what to do! They were very nice and willing to spend an extended amount of time with me explaining what to do. My pool mentors! They now have my business for life! Highly recommend!
