The owner is super knowledgeable & kind. He never pushes me to buy unneeded things for our pool & is always honest. No other place we go for our pool supplies & help.
Precision Pools did our pool in 2017. They did an excellent job! One of the best things we have done to our house. I always visit the store to have my water tested and pick up pool chemicals. They are always friendly and able to help.
Unfortunately for me this was a huge mistake I've spent $17 that I really didn't have on something that I was not able to use and I fear there's no way that it can be returned because I tried it out to see if it would work for me but of course it wouldn't I needed something to test the pH in my drinking water and all they had was stuff for pools and spas and yet one young man in there allowed me to purchase the junk when in fact I think he knew I could not use any of it and the owner was not to be bothered as he was with someone far more important than me like an outside sales person or something and that's just wrong. There wasn't anything good about that experience and I'll never go back
Very knowledgeable employees, just bring them a sample of your pool water and get it tested. Never been "oversold" here.
