Avoid. Constantly over-charging for unnecessary things. Basically treat their customers as prey.
DISHONEST and disrespectful. I hired them to inspect my pools and to give me a quote for repairs. They lied about the inspection, they never did it, and still charged me. I caught them in the lie with photo evidence. They also left my pool shed and equipment open to the elements after they left. They left my winterized pool cover OFF after they left. They didn’t even apologize for all this. When I insisted on a written and itemized estimate, I got a paper with one line on it—nothing about labor, parts, anything else you’d expect on a legitimate estimate. They did not complete the service I paid for. It was also 50% higher than anyone else in the area quoted me. They stopped responding to my inquiries altogether, and then about a month later I got a call from them out of the blue asking if they could come by my house in 40 minutes to get the quote done. ??? Less than an hour notice! When they’re supposed to have done the estimate already! What exactly did I pay them for? They are liars and thieves. Beware!
Very Great service! Staff is beyond polite and fast to assist. The pool guys were quick to fix the pool liner and cleaned up as they worked. The pool looks flawless! Very well satisfied with the work they presented. Overall, lovely company to work with!
Tim and his crew are phenomenal. From the day of signing the contract to the day we were done, he was always responsive and willing to answer any questions, any time. we had a few issues during pool construction that were properly addressed. I can't recommend Southern Michigan Pools Pro enough. my pool turned out great!!
