Their attention to detail was outstanding, communication was excellent, and they were always on time — many times even ahead of schedule.We were referred to Dominic by a friend who spoke very highly of his work, and after interviewing five different pool companies, Watermark Pools clearly stood above the rest. The professionalism, craftsmanship, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with the final product and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality pool built the right way.
UPDATE:We were reached out to and the hole has been fixed, the mess was removed and we were compensated nicely for the inconvenience. We understand mistakes are made and are thankful this was made right!While he was very nice the times we spoke there were several issues. We had our inground pool liner replaced, communication was not great and would take multiple days of calls and messages to get responses and updates. Our first liner ordered was damaged in shipping and we were offered a $600 discount which was nice. When the liner was finally put in we noticed a hole the next morning and reached out, said he’d come by before the end of the week to check it out and remove the old liner that was left sitting next to our pool along with the box and his dolly, never showed. Sent another message for an update about coming and never got a response. It’s been over 2 1/2 weeks since that interaction.
We highly recommend Dom and his crew. In the fall of 2023 they installed our in-ground salt water pool. A little nerve racking to decide to have a pool put in your back yard, but from the first no hassle meeting with Dom, we were sold on him and knew he would deliver. We couldn’t be happier with how our pool turned out and his advice in the sun deck, ledge, concrete and landscape ideas.
