I have used IPS for pool opening, closing, and balancing chemicals for several years. I just ran into an emergency situation where industrial construction sandblasting grit entered my pool and required very careful extraction with an external pump. Brandon made sure to get this done and out of my pool quickly while juggling a packed schedule in order to mitigate any potential damage! Thank you so much Brandon!
I had Interior open my pool this spring by Jordan and Tom. They were both very pleasant, very friendly, and helpful. Answered all the questions I had and resolved a minor mechanical issue I had. Tom was new, but Jordan even remembered me from my opening the previous year. Got me up and running quickly. Interior is my go-to for opening and closing my pool and I have had great service.

In a world where genuine customer service has become increasingly rare, IPS is the exception - and Cathy is the reason why.As a brand new hot tub owner with absolutely no idea what I was doing, I called IPS looking for guidance. What I got was so much more. Cathy didn't just answer my questions – she took the time to truly help, and then delivered one of the most remarkable customer service experiences I have ever encountered.I needed a specific product that IPS carried, but I wasn't going to be able to get to the store until well after closing…and they wouldn't reopen for another day or two. Without hesitation, Cathy said she genuinely wanted me to be able to enjoy my hot tub and offered to leave the product outside for me. Wanted to give a huge thank you to the staff and ownership of Interior pool for the amazing new pool liner installed this past spring . The process was informative, efficient not to mention the beautiful liner that was installed.
