I purchased my hot tub from Premium Pool and Spa and have used their company for multiple services over the years, including winterization.After they winterized my tub, the plumbing pipes cracked over the winter. I contacted them and spoke directly with the owner at the beginning of the issue. A technician was sent to repair the pipes, but after I cleaned and refilled the tub it still leaked, which caused mold buildup on the concrete pad and inside the tub.I discussed the situation with the owner throughout the process and explained the circumstances. He told me the bill would be taken care of. However, eight months later I am now receiving invoices from the service department for the same issue. Very disappointing communication and follow-up.
Even though I bought my tub elsewhere, Jeff was able to provide me with the necessary chemicals and tips on how to keep my tub running safely and efficiently. Honest and extremely helpful. Highly recommend premium pool and spa
I’ve had this company come before as they are certified to work on my brand of hot tub. When it was covered under warranty, their service was good. I hired them ‘out of warranty’ to come and address a leak I was having from the hot tub. They sent their service tech (who was there less than 10 minutes) and didn’t fix the problem. I’ve had to close my hot tub as I am travelling and didn’t want it to lose too much water. They are still charging me the $129 fee. Their suggestion was to pay the fee, and then pay another fee and they’ll send someone again :/ Photos are from after their visit.
Our jacuzzi J355 hot tub has arrived! We absolutely love the looks of this beautiful tub and even more so the many benefits that provides to my sore muscles. Both my husband and I have been using it every night and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much Jeff McKee for your knowledge and guidance throughout the deciding process. It’s not just a hot tub it’s a Jacuzzi!??
We were very pleased with our recent experience at Premium Pool & Spa. We have never owned a hot tub before, and Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our questions. He wasn't pushy, he knew the products, he gave great advice, and helped us choose the best hot tub for our needs. It arrived sooner than expected, which was great! The delivery went very smoothly, and the installation was fantastic. The guys were very polite and helpful, and gave a very thorough explanation of the operation and maintenance of our new Jacuzzi tub. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you to the whole team. We would highly recommend them!
