Most of the younger front line staff and Tyler (tech) are courteous and helpful. But that's the end of the good news.We've spent approx. $140K there on a pool and spa but do not feel remotely like a ' valued customer'. Two examples as to why:Our 10 month old CalSpa hot tub has had two leaks, two console replacements, and a motor replacement. Total lemon. On the first leak, management's attitude was 'prove to me that it's leaking by removing a panel (NOT trivial) and finding the leak yourself', ostensibly to save us being charged for a service call. My word that the water level is declining 6 cm a week was not sufficient. They eventually did send a tech and the leak was found and fixed.Our pool was re-opened in May and we were advised to add 5-8 bags of salt. We added 5 to be safe.... but the salt reading was then off the charts (high). That necessitated draining and additional trips for testing. The manager looked for reasons why this was our fault. Zero customer focus and no apology, let alone compensation.I would not recommend this firm.
My friends and I came into this store looking for a part we forgot to take a picture of to explain but with they were quick to come help and we found the part right away!!Being eager to help is always a winPlus got to pick this rubber ducky so win win
We have been looking for the right hot tub for a while. This turned out to be a great place. Shawn and the ladies working here are great to deal with. Shawn was honest and very knowledgeable. We ended up getting Master Spa hot tubs, they gave us a great deal. I then lost (the wind blew it away) something that came with the hot tub and Shawn helped us out right away. Thank you.
Our experience with Valley Pools was outstanding. We purchased a high quality spa at a fantastic price. There were some issues regarding our electrical capabilities and they went the extra mile to get us the spa that fit our needs perfectly. From the sales to the technician, their knowledge and help was exceptional. The delivery team was incredibly efficient and so pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Valley Pools and their team! Thank you Valley Pools!
