I was searching for pool supply and maintenace services. I was very fortunate to find Central Florida Pool and Spa. I reached out and they quickly responded and I became a very happy satisfied customer. I have their regular pool service and recently had my pool pump switched to variable by them and it is very efficient. Their team are experts and are always courteous, professional and personable. Very happy being their customer and highly recommend them for regular service or any pool repair needs. They truly care about each customer and it shows.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Pool service apparently means someone shows up for 5 minutes with headphones on, pretends to clean, never vacuums the pool, and leaves while the pool slowly transforms into a Florida swamp. Now I have snakes ??, mosquitoes ?? the whole civilization swimming in my pool! Thanks for this company

Compared to stories we’ve heard from friends about difficult pool projects, our experience was surprisingly smooth. The finished pool looks incredible, and it’s already become the main gathering place for family weekends and evening get-togethers.
I have used this pool company to maintenance my swimming pool for a year now. We haven’t had any issues with it up until about six months ago. We pay a monthly maintenance and cleaning fee for our pool. Usually, the tech is here anywhere from 8 to 15 minutes on each visit. We get weekly visits every Friday. In the last three months, the condition of my pool has rapidly deteriorated Followed by lazy mistakes that shouldn’t have been made. Causing a Monetary issue on multiple occasions After already paying a monthly service fee. The original pool tech that we had a year ago was fantastic. Ever since we haven’t had him, we’ve noticed a lot of issues with our pool servicing. I will attach pictures of the way my filter housing was left to dump water into my yard leading to having to put the excessive amount of water, my pool was missing back into it. Also, I will attach photos of the algae that has accumulated on the bottom and steps of my pool. With weekly visits, I expect not to see any algae buildup in my pool nor have a green filter After each visit. We do preventative maintenance, such as emptying the skimmer catch in between maintenance visits also skimming the pool for any large debris on a regular basis. As well as maintain a water level at halfway up the skimmer door. We do not mess with the preset pump timers Set by the pool company. I am very disappointed, considering I have been a customer for a year now and I paid regularly on time every time. We definitely need to be quality checking our techs. I think that would help them a lot with quality Control of their services and cleanings. We are very disappointed in our services. Hopefully this review will help them do better in the near Future with the quality of their services.
