After my husband and I called for clarification, the manager immediately stepped in and made things right.They sent out another technician the very next day, and he not only fixed the issue but also took the time to teach us a few things along the way, which we really appreciated.We’re very happy with the service, pricing, and especially how responsive and committed they were to correcting the situation. They are wonderful. I called them and told them what I needed and they were out to look at my pool in 2 days. Tracey and her crew are above a 5 star.
