The Pool Repair Guy

The workers were all friendly and polite during the pool resurface. The only problem was that they didn't speak English and I had to keep calling Tracy to find out what was going on and needed to be done next. There would be days that I would not receive a return call from Tracy. That is not acceptable from any company! They started the job around Sept 25, 2025 and it was finally completed around March 2, 2026. This long span had to do with staining that was done with the first fill they did because they didn't treat the water properly. Tracy blamed it on well water. They knew what kind of water we had when they gave me the estimate to do the work. They spent weeks trying to get out all of the stains and ended up draining it and acid washing it. This time, I bought a home house filter and filled it. The walls had staining just after their acid washing this time before the water even reached the levels of the staining. The floor had lots of white and dark spots that we were told would disappear over time. They sent people out to try and remove the staining. Both spots never cleared up. Neither did the spots and streaks on the bottom. After weeks and weeks of frustration they gave us a credit on the final payment and we agreed to just end our relationship The workers were great, except for communication issues. The manager, Tracy, took days to sometimes respond. We would be told someone is coming out tomorrow and they would never showed up. She was friendly though. The owner, Freddie, came in at the end when we were extremely pissed and disappointed in the work they did. He was friendly and tried to rectify the situation. In the end, gave up, and offered compensation for this nightmare to end. NOW, he decides to call me an accuse me of writing bad reviews all over the place. He is a liar and be weary of dealing with him. I have all conversations and pictures saved between Tracy, Freddie and myself. The pictures I have show everything done the entire time. I want to share that my experience with this company has been nothing short of exemplary. They were honest about actually needed to be repaired and didn't try to upsell. Their pricing was fair, clearly explained and they were no surprises. I can tell you my expert with this company was refreshing - is a company that values honestly over sales.

We had The Pool Repair Guy come out yesterday, and although there was a bit of a miscommunication at first, I really want to highlight how they handled it. After my husband and I called for clarification, the manager immediately stepped in and made things right. They sent out another technician the very next day, and he not only fixed the issue but also took the time to teach us a few things along the way, which we really appreciated. We’re very happy with the service, pricing, and especially how responsive and committed they were to correcting the situation. That level of care and attention goes a long way. They are wonderful. I called them and told them what I needed and they were out to look at my pool in 2 days. Tracey and her crew are above a 5 star. Professional, quick, pleasant and very knowledgeable. So glad I called them. Don't look anywhere else if you need anything done to your pool. Great price too.

The Pool Repair Guy just finished resurfacing our 15-year old and it looks brand new. Professional crew, showed up on time, excellent communication and the new quartz finishing is stunning. Fair price and no surprises. I highly recommend them.

Had this company 'The Pool Repair Guy' renovate my pool & spa and what a terrific job they did! From advice on what to do, help with choosing tiles (ps. went for the glass tiles) to checking on pool after all work was complete - the owner Bobby deserves a 10 out of 10 for his work and attention to detail.
