The vinyl liner of my pool needed to be replaced. As a first-time pool owner, I had no clue of what my options were or where to start. I called Kristi’s Pool Service and the Owner; David came out quickly to meet with me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and went over the process of what needed to be done. The terms of the contract were very clear and straightforward. My husband and I are beyond pleased with Dave his employee. They were all very professional and respectful. Kristi's Pool Service did an exceptional job resurfacing our pool. They have a very talented staff who have worked in the pool industry for many years. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work. We had a very old pool (1977) that was previously resurfaced (2001) with fiberglass. They removed all the old fiberglass surface and cut out the perimeter concrete around the pool to add new concrete and give the pool an up to date cantilever edge. We also increased the step width to create a bench. We had plenty of questions and Dave was always there with a clear explanation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a pool resurfacing.

Mr David Mills, and each member of your demo, prep, resurface, cleanup crews... we owe you a GREAT BIG THANK YOU! Our 35' x 17.5' inground pool had been slowly deteriorating for years prior to our buying it. We've been in this home for a year and half. We & previous owner knew the pool would need resurfacing (BADLY) at some future point; cost of which was 'split' prior to closing. Anyway, this past April/May we decided to get it done. After researching my head off and meeting with contractors, we went with Kristi's. Why? Because in this area of contracting. you really get what you pay for. You see, most if not every pool contractor who does building, repairs, resurface, etc., just about ALL use the same materials, source, etc. So what you really wind up looking for then is choosing the BEST contractor for the price/job that you want. Thats where all your research comes together; deciding who to choose! I met with 3 or 4 of the top choices, Kristis being the last to meet with. David Mills, the owner of Kristis came and spent all the time necessary to address every concern, answer every question. As i previously stated; THIS is where you decide who to go with because this is where it counts. Long story short, David is an old school businessman/contractor who has no b.s. in him; just the desire to do the BEST job he and company can. And on that, they DELIVERED 1000%! You may be first taken back a bit upon meeting Mr Wells simply because pool resurfacing, its a straight forward job, and you may expect all this 'other stuff' about cost saving vs other contractors, put downs of others, etc. NOT here. No cost cutting corners, no bait and switch, no problems, no jacking up of any cost, NO SURPRISES! What he quoted us, what we agreed upon was EXACTLY what we paid...not a cent over! The time frame given from point of demo to completion was insanely SPOT ON! Were there estimates from others that would have cost a bit less? YES; but remember, you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR in the company that you ultimately choose. They say the proof is the 'pudding'. In this case, the proof is in the END RESULT. Our pool had been a badly deglazed, pock marked, black mold filled disgusting to look at, water bowl that my wife couldnt take anymore and was too embarrassed to let anyone over to take a swim in it; it was bad. Within a span of just about 2 to 3 weeks, we had a POOL To BE PROUD OF, to enjoy, have people and family over to swim in it! Our pool lite was also dead, there was no handrail for safety and no deep end ladder, it's 8.5ft at deepest point. These were additional charges of course and were NOT a part of the resurfacing cost; but done at a very fair price nonetheless. David didnt take a cent from us until the job was FINISHED other than a meager $100 deposit! I can go on and on, but for the sake of helping 'you' decide who to use for your resurfacing, pictures say it all! They went above and beyond, took care of little things that i would not have noticed, were always here on time, professional from beginning to end. David didnt come around for payment until he knew we were happy with the job done. As i said, David is old school, a handshake means something, his eyes are honest and he has only your best interest in doing a great job, in his heart. His years of knowledge and experience are amazing. I learned a great deal from him. His crews are all top notch, best in their class by far! ALL pool contractors, 99.9999% all use the same materials, the same sources, they all do the SAME WORK; but they are not the same when it comes to WHO the company is and WHO is at that company's helm. You can pay more, you can pay less... you can feel cheated or ripped off. All their prices for resurfacing were all in the same basic ball park. What mattered was the company, its reputation and WHO runs it, who is doing the work, who gets the thousands of dollars these jobs cost. THATS why its IMPORTANT to do your research, dont just go by reviews! MEET the owners, sit with them, have your questions, ask away! Then decide. Thats why we went with Kristi's!

We bought a old house with a pool that had alot of issues. It needed to be resurfaced and the pump and filter needed work. It was basically a pond because it hadn't worked in years..we called countless pool companies to request quotes for a remodel only for them all to say that couldn't take on the job and would refer me to someone else. I finally found Kristi's Pool service and when Dave came to give me a quote he was confident that he could get our pool fixed and resurfaced. It only took about 2 weeks to go from a nasty green pond pool to the beautiful blue pool I've always dreamed of. Thank you so much for making this happen for us.
