If you are in need of a company to resurface your swimming pool, look no further. From the day BJ, the owner, came out to my house to look at my pool to give me an estimate to the last day of chemical balancing, Mannix Pools was first class in quality and customer service. BJ arrived on time as promised to give me an estimate. He listened carefully to my needs and worked with me to stay in my budget. He didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't want. His crew couldn't have been nicer and answered all of my questions I had during the resurface. Their many years of experience definitely showed. I emailed BJ nearly every day with questions or concerns that he addressed immediately. It was a stress free project and my 1987 pool is like new again!
Mannix Pools came to empty and clean out our pool and repair the equipment that had stopped working. The day they finished the pool it looked great but then a week later it had turned green again. They immediately went out to see what had happened and started to service the pool to get it clean again. Clay took ownership and promised me he would work until it was sparkling. Clay and crew came back two to three times a week to clean out the filter, and make sure the water was balanced. This continued for a bit but they kept up the work. With one final vacuum Clay got the pool sparkling again. I can say that Clay and the crew went over and above with getting our pool sparkling again. Clay kept me in the loop through out and delivered what he promised me, a sparkling pool. Thank you Clay and crew for all of the hard work, I so appreciate your dedication and all that you have done to make our pool sparkle.
I had some Pentair LED lights go out on my pool. Ted came out and had them all working within a hour. I had no idea how much work went into replacing the lights but Mannix took care of me and got them up and working again!!!
