I hired this company for stain removal. Originally I was informed that this service would cost $75.00 for the service (Labor and parts/chemicals included) and that they would bring my pool back to normal. When the came to perform the final service they informed me that after two days if my pool still looks cloudy I should dump another jug of chlorine in the pool and that would bring my pool back to working order. During this time period I called every step of the way to inform me of the step I was taking that way they were inform. The next day my pool was still cloudy, the day after that my pool was starting to turn green, keep in mind I was calling them and informing them of this, sending text to the company messaging line. I even left my pool motor on for 48 hours over a 60 hour period. 6 days after the original treatment sent another owner out and he performed a service on the pool. He then stated would you like to pay now or later, I replied I would prefer to pay later cause at this rate I am going to have to call you back out again, he stated that the total has now doubled since they needed to come out again. I asked why they had to come out again, he stated because my pool needed service, I informed him that it was incorrect that was due to his company not servicing the pool originally how they were supposed too. He then informed me he doesn’t have the time to talk to me and that he would be sending me the statement. All in all, I bought chemicals and brought my own pool working order even removed some of the stains which they failed to remove. I paid the amount they stated I owed, but would not recommend this company to anyone.
Scott with Richard's Pool Service has been amazing to work with. We reached out to Richard's Pool Service to get an estimate to install a pool heater. Once we decided to proceed with the project Scott was able to get the heater ordered and installed within 2 days. Just in time for the weekend! Scott is easy to communicate with & very polite. We highly recommend Scott for all of your pool & hot tub needs.
We bought our home a few years ago and Richard’s pool service / technician Bobby was already servicing the pool. I decided to just stay in board and I’m so glad I did . Bobby does a fantastic job . He is kind , polite and professional. He communicates well if schedule change /time is needed . We needed to make a change about a year ago to a certain time weekly when someone was guaranteed to be home to relocate or dogs so Bobby could get to the pool. Bobby has been fantastic accommodating. Also any time we have had to arrange around vacation or last minute plans he has always been willing to accommodate somehow . He cleans the pool well as well as cleans after himself - I would highly recommend his services !

Recently they assigned Jimmy our pool, and he is the best service tech we have ever had to clean our pool.
