High-Tech Pools

High Tech Pools completely exceeded our expectations installing the new pool here at Gotta Getaway RV Park! Our guests have been absolutely blown away by how beautiful the finished product is, and they constantly comment on the incredible quality of the workmanship. It has truly elevated the experience at our park. The on-site technicians were nothing short of exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, highly knowledgeable, and maintained the utmost professionalism every step of the way. It was instantly obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing. No construction project is without its challenges, but the High Tech Pools team tackled everything head-on. Whenever any issue arose, they worked through it to find a solution—even if it wasn't strictly in their wheelhouse, they always stepped up to guide us to a workable solution. The sheer amount of experience they brought to the jobsite showed every single day. We always felt like we were in good hands, and we never had a single question go unanswered. I highly recommend High Tech Pools and completely trust them. Thank you for creating such an amazing oasis for our campers! Steve Adams - Owner - Gotta Getaway RV Park

We used High Tech to open our pool this spring, and the experience was excellent. Technicians Dale and Luke arrived on time and got right to work. They completed the opening efficiently and were pleasant to speak with throughout the visit. They clearly explained the process before beginning and provided a thorough review once the job was complete. Overall, a professional and well-executed service.

I’m a resident of the Centaur and Hi Tech Pools built the apartment pool. After months of delay, they finally finished it this May, although the design and filter system leaves much to be desired. The apartment had a lot of issues with the system but was able to maintain it this summer - however, it was clear all issues were due to Hi Tech’s inadequacy. The biggest complaint now is, as you can see from the photos, it is November 8 and Hi Tech Pools still hasn’t delivered the cover for the pool. This is entirely their responsibility and the apartment has been waiting patiently for it to be covered. The pool was closed the week after Labor Day and Hi Tech has been sitting on their lazy butts not doing a thing to get this pool winterized. The pool was spotless the week after Labor Day and is now filled to the top with leaves, branches, mildew, and most likely dead rodents lurking beneath the surface. It’s absolutely disgusting and I feel bad for the staff who did such a diligent job keeping the pool spotless throughout the whole summer. The pool will now have to be fully drained and scrubbed clean, which shouldn’t have to happen. These pictures are an accurate representation of the laziness and carelessness of this company. I would never recommend Hi Tech to anyone.

Far exceeded my expectations! The entire process with HighTech Pools was world class. They are truly experts at their craft. Our pool is awesome! The design process was great and gives you an idea of what it will look like but to see it come together is on another level. Sales, project management and the craftsman all did a great job. Communication was continuous and I felt that I was kept fully informed on the process. I highly recommend this company. If you are interested in getting a pool then you owe it to yourself and your family to contact High Tech!

We can't say enough about how amazing our experience was with High Tech Pools. From the beginning to the end of the project, we were included and kept informed with the details of the pool process! The timeline was accurate! Our questions were answered with clarity. From Tom, Rich, Juan, and the crews, we experienced professional and top notch service! What dedicated and hard workers! We highly recommend High Tech Pools! You'll love your pool!!! Keith and Tamara Tuten
