Recently contracted CA Pools to design and build our pool in Las Vegas. After narrowing it down to a handful of companies, we interviewed each and definitely felt most confident with CA Pools. Jaron, the designer, was outstanding. He also works closely with the landscaping side, and ultimately put together a design that fit both our budget and vision. Important to me was CA Pools’ use of high-quality equipment, materials, processes, and subcontractors.After several discussions, we felt comfortable enough to have them handle the bulk of construction while we were out of state. Once construction started, Kurtis took over as project manager, and we could not have been more satisfied. Communication was excellent, and the work ethic of everyone involved was exceptional. The finished pool and landscaping are beautiful.As mentioned, most of the project was completed without us being on-site, and I was very pleased with the entire process—this coming from a detail-oriented former program manager, now retired.You can find a less expensive company, but I don’t believe you’ll find a better overall product or experience for the price and the peace of mind.
Jaron was amazing as our design expert & Mario our Project Manager stayed in constant communication during our pool build - Jaron's experience and design expertise complimented my wife's vision enabling our backyard to become an Oasis that will be enjoyed for years to come ! This was our first pool, so Jaron took us through the design process not as a salesperson but as a friend who truly had our best interests at hand. He helped us with the selection of materials and tile choices and explained the pros and cons of each with great detail. Once we were comfortable and signed our contract we were then introduced to Mario, our construction manager.Mario was amazing, he was thorough in explaining what each process would be, and oversaw the physical process from start to finish and beyond!The crews who came to our property were punctual, courteous and extremely hardworking, they cleaned up after each task and made sure my property was just as clean as they had entered it.Our neighbors were having a pool installed as well by another company, California Pools was a night and day difference when it came to professionalism and building the pool right. Jaron and Mario were a great team, we’ve already recommended California Pools to another neighbor and will continue to do so.
