SVPS has worked on my swim spa numerous times since we bought our house here. I really enjoy April n Anthony alot. I hope to keep using them cuz they are solid folks!Fwiw they have undersold themselves at times to save me $ and my decision was to replace all the valves n have Anthony show me how to best use them since I couldnt find a manual. Which he did n I appreciate.I recently ordered 18 new jets since the clip holding one in went bad n spit it into the deep end of the spa. Im gonna swap them all out n keep backups. Anthony dropped them off when he was working in the area. Could have charged me shipping or a tech fee to locate them but didnt. So yes they are my spa folks!*just an update after 3 yrs. I still talk to April n Anthony is my guy. I ran into some issue every year. Had to replace parts on one of my heater/blower assemblies. Could have charged for the whole assembly, but diagnosed said I can fix this with (xxx) part since the rest looks good. Integrity n always enjoy Anthony coming despite it’ll cost money lol
I have used this company exclusively for nearly 5 years now (Dec 2018) in which Anthony has been to my home many times to repair and/or replace things pertaining to my pool equipment and never the same thing(s) he's serviced. He has always done an excellent job in taking care of my problems as well as explaining the situation along the way. He has also given me many tips on various things pertaining to the operations of my pool. April, the office manager is very polite, accommodating and always gets back to me whenever I leave a message. Anthony and April are honest, caring, very personable and reasonable with their pricing!! I give this company the highest regards in every aspect. Kudos to Anthony and April with Silver Valley Pool and Spa Repair, LLC.
I just wanted to post a quick "pre-service" review...The first interaction I had with this company was due to a home warranty service call, and Silver Valley Pool called to schedule.I explained what is going on with my pool to the lovely lady on the line, and the level of customer service was just excellent!Without knowing if I was going to cancel the service request or not, the staff of Silver Valley answered all of my (many) questions.The bottom line is that my claim will probably not be covered by insurance, but this short phone interaction showed how this company operates; with honesty and integrity.
Silver Valley Pool and Spa Repair really came to our rescue. April was so helpful. I highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond to help you. Anthony installed our pool pump motor for us. Great job, great tech, great company. 5+ stars.
