Was recommended this company by a close friend in the pool service industry. went well for awhile, then my pool turned greened. I'm still paying the monthly fees only for no one to come for an entire month. They came out and fixed the green, but want to claim my filters are at 20psi when the gauge clearly reads 36psi. We have replacement filters that weren't swapped when they did come this week to clean it. You'd think that would be common sense to replace or at least clean.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of frustration, I feel it is important to share my experience.Although the homeowner is the customer of record and pays Splash Pools directly, I reimburse the cost of the pool service through my rent. As the resident who uses and monitors the pool, I have also been the person communicating with the company regarding service issues.This company is being paid to provide weekly pool service, yet there were multiple occasions when service was missed and the condition of the pool was allowed to deteriorate. When the pool filters needed to be replaced, the homeowner purchased the replacement filters and I promptly notified the company that they had arrived and were ready to be installed. Despite repeated follow-up communications, no action was taken for approximately two weeks. In the end, I had to install the filters myself because the company failed to do so.During this time, debris accumulated throughout the pool and algae began developing on the pool floor. The pool reached a condition that no customer paying for weekly service should have to deal with. It became so neglected that a duck is regularly swimming in the pool and leaving additional contamination behind.What concerns me most is not just the condition of the pool, but the lack of reliability, accountability, and follow-through. If a company is charging for weekly maintenance, customers should not have to repeatedly contact them about missed visits, wait weeks for basic maintenance to be completed, or perform the work themselves.I have photographs documenting the condition of the pool and records of my communications regarding the missed service visits and filter replacement. Unfortunately, my experience has left me with very little confidence in the quality and consistency of the service provided.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable pool maintenance.
I have used Spash pool/spa service for over a year. Our pool guy ARMANI has done a excellent job since he has taken over our pool. He gives me the readings and brushes the sides which most don't do.I Reccomend asking for Armani when you call!Rob Rottiers ERA Brokers
