We give them a 5 start out of 5 star rating for a lot of reasons but here are some main ones. Selecting the right pool design and accessories was much more complicated and varied than we expected. Xterior Creations Pools & Spas walked us thru the process which resulted in a perfect pool/jacuzzi for us. Besides the basic size, shape and location in the yard, they walked us thru the complex topics such as: water features, tile choice and their impact of showing calcium build up, optional pool cleaning systems, chlorine vs. salt based pools, decking choices and future maintenance considerations as well as pool interior surface options and their pros and cons. Long overdue, but I can say for sure Xterior Creations are true to their work and they have always been there to help. The pool came out beautifully done! The entire team was very communicative during and after the full construction process. During the design Mike was very flexible in making changes and was always very upfront with the cost of changes. I just purchased another home and will be using once again after an amazing experience from start to finish.
Every single person involved with our pool and landscaping project were top notch from the beginning until the end! It was a great adventure watching each stage as the pool was built, and a fantastic experience. ( Thanks so much for always cleaning up as much as passible every day too!). Xterior Creations had the best design of any company we got a consultation with, and they executed it with great service and a very competitive price. The front desk staff had very good communication throughout the process, and any issues we noticed once the project was close to completion were addressed very promptly and handled well. The pool turned out amazing and they connected us without a pool service company as well, eliminating any extra hassle for us.
