I am writing to share my experience with Craig from C&L, with whom I have done business for over 15 years. While I appreciate Craig as a person and find his work to be good, I have become increasingly frustrated with his communication and business practices.Craig's business shirts display the slogan "We will be there tomorrow ??" on the back, and unfortunately, this seems to be a motto he lives by, as "tomorrow" often never arrives, and neither does Craig. I have been attempting to get my pool serviced by him since before Derby, and it remains unfinished.Due to these ongoing issues, I contacted Suntimes West, who responded immediately and are scheduled to be at my house tomorrow. Their quote is also less than what Craig is charging.As a loyal customer for many years, it's time for me to move on. I advise others to consider these challenges when deciding whether to engage C&L's services. If it were an option, I would unfortunately give them a zero or minus-star rating.
I worked with Craig and his team on a liner replacement for a very old in-ground pool and it turned out spectacular. The price was competitive and the service was excellent. we couldn’t be more pleased and I highly recommend this experienced team!
Had a pool emergency on a Saturday night and I found good reviews about Craig with C & L Kleen pools, so I took my chances and contacted him. Craig responded to me immediately and showed up the very next afternoon to fix my issue! I was so relieved to find someone so responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. I wish I had known about this company all along! Craig was great and I will definitely use him in the future!
Bought a house with a pool 2 years ago. Hired Rojo pool service, from a family recommendation. Had absolutely horrible experience. Pool always dirty, even with weekly cleaning. Crew only here for 5 to 10 minutes, charged even when didn't show. After getting fed up, we found Craig thru reviews with Google search. One visit and our pool looks fabulous!!! So glad we found him. Craig was thorough and so sweet to fit us in on short notice. So happy
