John has been incredible to work with. From the very beginning phase of quoting and planning to the final touches, he has been very attentive to details, full of excellent recommendations and very thorough. His communication is wonderful-at the end of each day, he would let us know what was done, and what to expect the next day. From the start date, John stuck to our job until it was finished, showing up each day. Unlike experiences we have had with other contractors in the past, if John said he was going to be there, he was there. He is been a real pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him. And we love our pool!
Just had my liner replaced by Next Gen and these guys did an amazing job. From helping me pick out the perfect liner for me; to installing it in a very timely manner. They were very professional. We recently had NextGen complete our season opening maintenance on the salt water pump and it was an all around great experience! They were knowledgeable and the cost was very reasonable! We are excited for pool season and to continue utilizing NextGen for their services!
