Very helpful when I called in for a warranty claim on a part in our heater. Walked me through the diagnostic and troubleshooting process to make sure it was the correct part. Shipped the part to me and then checked to make sure it solved my problem which it did.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a replacement liner through Royal Swimming Pools. This is Latham's Grey Mosaic (27ml) no border. Royal also caught a measuring mistake which likely saved me thousands and a huge headache. It prompted me to fire my original installers and hire someone who knew what he was doing. It turned out beautifully. Order was shipped in 5 days from Latham.

Worked with Kevin and he walked me through everything. The only thing that was left off was the side jets, but I contacted Kevin and was able to get them in 2 days and installed by my pool installer. GREAT people to work with. I had NEVER purchased a pool and he took the time and walked me though my order.
