We had our 18x33 oval pool installed in April 2021. They leveled out the ground and it was up the next day. We put the pool where we had some drainage issues (our fault) and then the liner had a leak. Joe was the utmost professional. He came out the same day I called him about the leak and left a sump pump to drain the pool and plans to replace the liner at no charge. We agreed to let the ground dry out around before they did the work. After talking to a couple of engineers, we decided to move the pool to the opposite side of the yard. We felt this would be a better and DRYER place to put the pool. Once again - Joe came through. They were going to replace the liner anyway, so we scheduled another dig and his crew came out bright and early last Saturday to MOVE THE POOL. (We paid for the move FYI) They got everything set up, even moved the dirt to where the old pool was. We started swimming this week! Joe and his employees are always professional and willing to go above and beyond to help us get our pool ready for summer. I am so glad we went with Smith pools instead of other above ground pool companies in the area. They are responsive to our questions and took care of us like family!
